Responsibility
1. Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other key documents for internal and external stakeholders.
2. Project and Event Coordination: Oversee projects, track progress, and organize corporate events or board meetings.
3. Calendar and Schedule Management: Organize and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to optimize time management.
4. Communication Management: Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence, often acting as a gatekeeper to prioritize requests and reduce interruptions.
5. Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and maintain confidentiality at all times.
6. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
7. Financial Administration: Manage expense reports, budgets, and reimbursements as required.
8. Liaison Role: Serve as a point of contact between the Managing Director and other executives, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

Job Discription ( Full-time / On-site)
Handle a wide range of tasks that go beyond traditional administrative duties, for and on behalf of the Managing Director, including but not limited to the Responsibilities outlined herein. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Possession of the following Skills and Competencies is paramount: Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and maintain order in complex workflows. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for drafting correspondence and interacting with stakeholders. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools. Problem-Solving and Initiative: Anticipate executive needs, resolve issues proactively, and make decisions when appropriate. Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in documents, schedules, and financial records. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and maintain professional relationships.
